אאשר קבלת מכתבו, ואף כי גם קודם לזה חקו"ד מאחותו וגיסו שיחיו להנעשה אתו ואופן הסתדרותו, נהניתי לראות מכותלי כתבו כי נסתדר בגו"ר עד שגם ניגש לעבודת התעמולה לחיזוק בדא"ח בפרט ובתוהמ"צ ויר"ש בכלל.
בנוגע להנדפסים שמבקש, הנה צויתי לשלוח ע"ש בחבילה בפ"ע ספר המאמרים ס' השיחות קונ' י"ב תמוז ושמועסן. לע"ע נשלח ע"ח קרן המצות של המל"ח, כיון שזהו לזכות בהם את הרבים, עד שיסדר במקומו שישלמו בעד הנדפסים הנשלחים אליהם. כי קופת קרן המצות מוגבלת במאד, ובשורה ראשונה הם מחנות האיזורים וכיו"ב שאין ביכלתם כלל לשלם...

I acknowledge receipt of your letter. Even before this, I had received regards from your sister and brother-in-law about what has transpired with you and how you have settled. I was pleased to see from the tone of your letter that you have settled well with G-d's help, to the extent that you have even begun outreach work to strengthen Chassidus in particular and Torah observance and awe of Heaven in general.
Regarding the publications you requested: I have instructed that a package be sent in your name containing Sefer HaMaamarim, Sefer HaSichos, Kuntres Yud-Beis Tammuz, and Shmuessen. For now, these are being sent at the expense of the Kerem HaMitzvos fund of Melach (Merkaz L'Inyanei Chinuch), since this is for the merit of many. Eventually, arrangements should be made locally so that payment is made for the publications sent to them. The Kerem HaMitzvos fund is very limited and primarily serves regional camps and similar groups who are entirely unable to pay...
