זה איזה ימים שקבלתי ג"כ החוברת סיני לחודש אדר תש"ז ות"ח ע"ז ות"ח כפולות אם אפשר להמציא לי גם הפרקים הקודמים של הערות כב' על ההגדה, ואולי ישנם בתדפיס בפ"ע אם אין החוברות המתאימות, ולהעיר בחפזי במ"ש בהערותיו שם שלכן אין שואלין על הד' כוסות כי עדיין לא שתו אותם משא"כ שאר הקושיות וע"פ מ"ש במרדכי סוף פסחים שבזמן שביהמ"ק הי' קיים אוכלין הסעודה קודם הסדר (וכ"כ בהגדה נ"ל ע' 35 שאין כן דעת הרמב"ם) ולפענ"ד אאפ"ל כן כי גם הפסח מצה מצוה ומרור אכלו רק אחר שאילת הקושיות דמטבילין וצלי,
בענין מפרשי מקורות הי"ד הנה בסוף הרמב"ם הוצאת שולזינגר הדפיסו רשימת הנ"ל והיא רשימה היותר מלאה שראיתי במקצוע זה.
אסיים באיחולי חה"פ כשר ושמח לו ולכב"ב יחיו.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
Your letter from 12 Adar reached me, and in the meantime you have surely received the Haggadah which I instructed to be sent to you again, as well as the biography of the Alter Rebbe in English that was published not long ago.
A few days ago I also received the Sinai journal for Adar 5707—thank you for this, and double thanks if it is possible to provide me with previous issues containing your notes on the Haggadah. Perhaps they exist as separate reprints if the relevant journals are unavailable.
I wish to point out briefly regarding what you wrote in your notes there: that is why we do not ask about the Four Cups because they have not yet been drunk—unlike other questions. Based on what is written in Mordechai at the end of Pesachim, when the Beis HaMikdash stood, they would eat the meal before the Seder (and so it is written in the Haggadah, p. 35; apparently Rambam does not agree). In my opinion it cannot be said so, because even then Pesach sacrifice, matzah (as a mitzvah), and maror were eaten only after asking the questions about dipping and roasting.
Regarding those who compile source lists: at the end of Rambam printed by Shulsinger Publishers there is such a list—the most complete I have seen in this field.
