בטח קבל את הטלגרמה שלי בבקשה להשתדל בדבר השגת אמצעים להדפסה וכו', ואכפיל את בקשתי בזה, להיות מן המזכים את הרבים, ובזכות אשר אינה פוסקת לעולמים, דברתי בזה עם מו"ח כ"ק אדמו"ר שליט"א וישר הדבר בעיניו וה' יצליח בידו.
בטח ידוע לכת"ר ע"ד מפעלנו לחנוך היהדות בתוך הקהלה הספרדית בעירו ואשר כידוע לו שלחנו להם מכבר - ע"י התמימים מכתב חזוק מכ"ק אדמו"ר שליט"א ובאשר התמימים שי' הנ"ל כבר בטח עזבו את שנגהיי בדרכם צלחה לארה"ב, הננו לבקש את כת"ר להמשיך את השפעתו על הספרדים להבא בעצמו וע"י עושי רצונו. מצרפים אנו בזה מכתב לקהלה הספרדית מאת הרב הספרדי בירושלים תו"ת בב"א אשר שלח ע"י כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר שליט"א, בע"ה יביא תועלת הרצוי. אשמח לדעת מכל הנעשה בזה לטובת הסדר נבקשו לשלח את כל מכתביו אלינו ישר עפ"י כתבתנו הנ"ל,

Surely you received my telegram requesting your efforts to obtain means for printing, etc., and I repeat my request here, to be among those who bring merit to the many, with an everlasting merit. I have spoken about this with my father-in-law, the Rebbe shlita, and he approved of it; may Hashem grant you success.
Certainly you are aware of our activities for Jewish education within the Sephardic community in your city. As you know, we already sent them—through the temimim—a letter of encouragement from my father-in-law, the Rebbe shlita. Since those mentioned temimim have surely already left Shanghai on their successful journey to the USA, we now ask that you continue your influence on the Sephardim in person and through those who carry out your wishes.
We are enclosing here a letter to the Sephardic community from the Sephardic rabbi in Jerusalem (may he live and be well), which he sent via my father-in-law, the Rebbe shlita; with G-d's help it will bring about the desired benefit.
I would be happy to hear about everything being done in this matter for the benefit of order. Please send all your letters directly to us at our above address. To conclude with something from this week's Torah portion and related matters: Our Sages said (Bamidbar Rabbah 19:4)...
