אחר שהוקל כבר במדה ידועה האופן של משלוח חבילות לחו"ל, מוצאים אנו לנכון לעורר בזה את תשומת לבו על עניני הדפוס אשר חברת "קהת", שנתייסדה ע"י כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר שליט"א, מו"ל זה כארבעה שנים ואשר בכל החוגים הודו על התועלת החנוכית אשר בהם.
אין שום ספק כי גם אם לא כלם יתאימו למדינת כת"ר, באשר חלק מהם כתוב בשפה אנגלית, אבל הכתובות בלשה"ק ובאידית בטח ימצאו חוג קוראים. ובודאי רבו בשוועדין היודעים גם את השפה האנגלית.
בסוף החוברת "מורה שיעור" ימצאו רשימת כל עניני הדפוס הנ"ל וגם רשימת ספרי דא"ח ושיחות כ"ק אדמו"ר שליט"א, אשר בטח ימצאו בסביבתו גם מי שיבין ספרים אלו.
מעונינים אנו לדעת אדות מצב החנוך במדינתו בין אצל היושבים שם מכבר ובין אצל ילדי הפליטים.

אמרז"ל (פסחים קיט, א) ג' מטמניות הטמין יוסף - שנקרא כן ע"ש יוסף לי ד' בן אחר, שמשתדל להפוך גם האחר לבן (אור התורה ד"ה בן פורת בארוכה) - וכוונתו היא שיתגלה המטמון ויפעול פעולתו, והוא בשלשה אופנים: א) שמברך וברכה היא ב"כסף", באהבה, כידוע מברכת כהנים והובא להלכה בשו"ע - בהשפעות גשמיות עושר וכבוד, שזהו ענין (שם בגמרא) מה שנתגלה לקרח (אוה"ת ס"פ ויגש). ב) אותם שאינם ממקיימי התומ"צ, עושה אותם לבעלי תשובה, בירור גם מגקה"ט, גרים, שזהו ענין נתגלה לאנטונינוס, ג) במקיימי תומ"צ פועל עילוי באופן עבודת ד' שלהם, שזהו ענין המטמון שמתגלה לצדיקים - ומובן שב' אופנים הראשונים שייכים ביותר עתה, בעוה"ז שבעוה"ז, ואופן הג' הוא בעוה"ב שבעוה"ז, ובפרט ענין לאתבא צדיקייא בתיובתא, וזהו שמסיים שם בש"ס - שיתגלה לע"ל.
ופשיטא שעל כל אחד מהמקושרים ושייכים ליוסף הצדיק, להעשות צנור, ועכ"פ לסייע ולהכשיר את הסביבה שלו, שתהי' כלי מוכן לקבל הוראות והשפעות יוסף, עד הגאולה שלימה ב"ב, שתהי' ע"י הקב"ה בעצמו בבחי' שנק' יוסף, כמ"ש בש"ך הובא באוה"ת ד"ה ויתן את קולו.
בברכת לאלתר לתשובה לאלתר לגאולה.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
Now that it has become somewhat easier to send packages abroad, we find it appropriate to draw your attention to the printed materials from Kehot Publishing Society, which was founded by my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe shlita, about four years ago and whose educational benefit has been acknowledged in all circles.
There is no doubt that even if not all of them are suited for your country—since some are in English—those written in Lashon HaKodesh and Yiddish will surely find an audience. Certainly there are many in Sweden who also know English.
At the end of the "Moreh Shiur" booklet you will find a list of all these publications as well as a list of Chassidic works and talks from my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe shlita. Surely there are those in your area who will appreciate these books.
We are interested to know about the state of education in your country—both among those who have lived there for some time and among the children of refugees. We await your reply.
Our Sages said (Pesachim 119a): "Three treasures Yosef hid..."—he is called Yosef because "Yosef li Hashem ben acher" (G-d has given me another son), meaning he strives to turn even 'the other' into a son (see Or HaTorah on 'Ben Porat' at length). The intent is that the treasure be revealed and have its effect in three ways: (a) He blesses with a blessing that is with 'silver,' with love—as known from Birkat Kohanim and brought as halacha in Shulchan Aruch—in material blessings of wealth and honor; this is what was revealed to Korach (see Or HaTorah at end of Vayigash). (b) Those who do not yet observe Torah and mitzvos are made into baalei teshuvah—a refinement even from kelipot tmeiot—including converts; this was revealed to Antoninus. (c) For those already observing Torah and mitzvos, he brings elevation in their service of G-d; this is the treasure revealed to tzaddikim. It is understood that the first two ways are especially relevant now—in this world—and the third way applies mainly in the World to Come within this world, especially regarding returning tzaddikim through teshuvah; as it concludes there in Shas—that it will be revealed in the future.
It is obvious that everyone connected or related to Yosef HaTzaddik must become a channel—or at least help prepare their environment—to be a fitting vessel for receiving Yosef's guidance and influence until the complete redemption speedily, which will come through G-d Himself as described regarding Yosef (see Shach quoted in Or HaTorah on 'Vayiten et Kolo').
