במענה על מכתבו מה' אד"ש:
הנה כבר פסקו רז"ל (אבות פ"ג מ"ה) כל המקבל עליו עול תורה מעבירין ממנו עול מלכות ועול דרך ארץ, וכל מדותיו של הקב"ה מדה כנגד מדה הן, והנכתב ונרשם בצבאות הוי' בפועל (ולא רק בכח שזהו אצל כל בנ"י) בדרך ממילא הוא יוצא ביד רמה.
וכבר נתבאר ענין צבא הוי' בהמשך מאמרי ההסתלקות.
בת"ח קבלתי חבילת העתק מכתבי כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר ששלח, ואף שעדיין לא נפניתי לעיין בהם כדרוש וכן ברשימת השיחות אשר שם אבל תקותי לעשות את זה בעתיד הקרוב ואודיענו אז ע"ד אלו החסרים בארכיון אשר אצלי.

In response to your letter from the 5th of Adar Sheni: Our Sages have already ruled (Avos 3:5) that whoever accepts upon himself the yoke of Torah will have the yoke of government and worldly concerns removed from him. All of the attributes of the Holy One, blessed be He, are measure for measure. One who is registered and enrolled in Tzivos Hashem in actuality (and not just potentially, as is true for all Jews) will naturally go forth with a raised hand. The concept of Tzivos Hashem has already been explained at length in the series of discourses on the histalkus.
I gratefully received a package containing copies of letters from my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, which you sent. Although I have not yet had the opportunity to study them thoroughly, nor the notes on the talks included there, I hope to do so in the near future and will then inform you regarding those missing from my archive.

Summary
The Rebbe teaches that accepting the yoke of Torah brings strength and removes other burdens. Active involvement in Tzivos Hashem leads to success. Diligence in Torah commitment brings G‑d’s blessings measure for measure.
