ומה שכותב אודות כפר הישן, הנה כבר כתבתי לכמה מאנ"ש אשר נחוצה ההשתדלות וכמעט אי אפשר בלאו הכי שיתאחדו כפר הישן וכפר החדש גם יחד מבלי שישארו דירות פנויות, ושיהיו הדרים הן בכפר החדש והן בכפר הישן כפי שצריכים להיות דרי כפר חב"ד, וכפי המענה שקבלתי תקותי שעשו בזה במרץ המתאים, ובמילא יהי' בהצלחה.
להתערב מכאן בהנוגע לחלקה שנוגע לפב"פ או בענין הקצבת חלקה וכיו"ב, הרי קשה הדבר לתת הוראות בריחוק מקום, ובפרט כשהוא במקום שחב לאחרים, כיון שמספר החלקות מצומצם, ולענינים כמו אלו נבחר ועד הכפר שהוא ב"כ הרבים.
בטח שומר שלשת השיעורים השוים לכל נפש מתקנת כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר בחומש תהלים ותניא הידועים, ומשתתף בשיעורים הנלמדים ברבים, והשי"ת יצליחו.

In response to your letter from the 29th of Tammuz.
As you requested, all those you wrote about will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, of blessed memory.
Regarding what you write about the old village: I have already written to several of Anash that it is necessary to make efforts—and it is almost impossible otherwise—that the old village and the new village be united together without leaving any houses vacant, and that there should be residents both in the new village and in the old village as is fitting for residents of Kfar Chabad. According to the response I received, I hope they have acted on this with appropriate energy, and therefore it will be successful.
To intervene from here regarding a plot that concerns PVP or matters of allocating a plot and similar issues—it is difficult to give instructions from afar, especially when it involves obligations to others since the number of plots is limited. For such matters, a village committee was chosen as the representative of the community.
Certainly you observe the three daily study portions established by my revered father-in-law—the Rebbe—in Chumash, Tehillim, and Tanya as is well known, and you participate in public study sessions. May Hashem grant you success.
