במענה על שאלתו מאז שאינו רוצה ללמוד ושואל אם ללכת לנח"ל[1] של פא"י וכו'.
הנה לדעתי ילמוד עוד שנה בישיבת תומכי תמימים בלוד במסירה ונתינה המתאימה, ומה שכותב שאינו רוצה, הנה הוא די מבוגר להבין אשר השכל צריך להיות שליט על הרצון ולא הרצון על השכל, אשר בגישה כזו יצליח בלימודו וכעבור השנה וירצה לעבוד בחקלאות או להסתדר באופן אחר יכתוב לי עוד הפעם. מובן שבכתבי שנה אין כוונתי ארבעה חדשים עד תום שנת תשי"ד אלא לשנה כפשוטה היינו לערך י"ב חדש.
בטח אומר אחר התפלה בכל יום בקר איזה קאפיטלעך תהלים אשר גם זה אחת הסגולות שינחהו השי"ת בדרך הטובה לפניו בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד.

In response to your question from some time ago that you do not want to study and ask whether you should join the Nahal [1] of Pa'i, etc. In my opinion, you should study another year at the Tomchei Temimim Yeshiva in Lod with appropriate dedication. As for what you write that you do not want to, you are old enough to understand that the intellect must dominate the will and not the will over the intellect. With such an approach, you will succeed in your studies, and after a year if you wish to work in agriculture or arrange yourself differently, write to me again.
It is understood that when I write "a year," I do not mean four months until the end of 5714 but a full year, i.e., about twelve months.
Certainly you say after prayer every day in the morning some chapters of Tehillim, which is also one of the segulos (remedies) that may G‑d guide you on the good path before you both materially and spiritually.
