...Regarding what you asked about my intention concerning his activities in the Chabad vineyard—I am pleased that he is involved in the business world. Certainly, my intention was not for a position as a teacher, etc., but rather that he participate in Chabad activities—spreading Chassidus, its guidance and customs—with Ahavas Yisrael and in an orderly manner. This should be done according to the norms of this country, where what they call "wildkeit" (wild behavior) in outward conduct is not customary. Since such wildkeit is not a matter of fear of Heaven, it should be set aside because doing so will help draw the hearts of the Jews here closer to Chassidus and its matters. May Hashem grant him success in all the above with ample livelihood and proper health...
