והנה נחוץ הי' א) שמכאן ולהבא תזהר בכיסוי הראש כפסק דין תורתנו הק'. ב) מכאן ולהבא תשתמש בהמקוה שהיא ממי גשמים או מי מעיין, ולא ממים העוברים דרך כלי מודד המים וכו' וכל הוספה בענינים דתורה ומצות ממשיך תוספת בברכות השי"ת בהמצטרך לאדם וביתו שי'.

In response to your letter from the 3rd of Iyar in which you write about your cousin's daughter and her husband, may they live. It is necessary that: (a) From now on, she should be careful with head covering as ruled by our holy Torah; (b) From now on, she should use a mikvah that is filled with rainwater or spring water, and not water that passes through a measuring vessel, etc. Every increase in matters of Torah and mitzvos draws additional blessings from the Holy One, blessed be He, in all that a person and his household need.
