Shalom u'Vrachah!
I was pleased to receive your letter some time ago, and just now I have also received your gift—the cloth in honor of Pesach. Thank you very much for your thoughtfulness, which is certainly precious at all times and for everyone. As Rabbi Akiva said, 'VeAhavta LeRei'acha Kamocha' (You shall love your fellow as yourself) is a great principle in the Torah. All the more so when someone comes to you with matters of distress and worries—may G‑d protect us—every matter of joy and Ahavas Yisrael becomes even more precious.
As we approach the Festival of Matzos that is drawing near, may you celebrate it with kashrus and joy. May we merit very soon to true and revealed freedom—free from material worries and free from anything that prevents us from fulfilling the commandment: 'Serve Hashem with joy.'
With blessings for a kosher and joyous Pesach.
