Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your letter from the 20th of Adar Sheini: When I am at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, of blessed memory, I will mention you for the fulfillment of your heart's desires for good, especially for a proper arrangement in finding a suitable match.
Regarding what you write—that you have tried to improve your actions and that a second match is determined by one's deeds according to our Sages, yet you still have not found one—know that we cannot set limits for the Holy One, blessed be He, Who arranges matches. It is not for us to demand that it happen specifically by a certain time and not later. Especially since you yourself write that there is always room to further improve one's actions. In any case, one must remain strong in trust in the Holy One Who works wonders, and at the same time increase involvement in matters of Torah and mitzvos. Then even if for some reason the desired outcome is delayed, certainly there is also a reason and purpose for this delay.
It is self-evident that since you write in your letter that there has not yet been complete forgiveness from your ex-wife, you must make every effort in all appropriate ways to bring this about in practice. May the Holy One grant you success and bring good news regarding all of the above—both in spiritual matters and in those spiritual aspects found within material matters.
Blessings for a kosher and joyous Pesach.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that while seeking a new match after divorce can be difficult, one should strengthen trust in G‑d's timing, continue improving oneself through Torah and mitzvos, and ensure full forgiveness from one's former spouse. Success comes with faith and persistent effort.
