במענה למכתבו מא' חשון והקודמו, בו כותב על ענינים בלתי רגילים לדעתו שקרו, וכנראה שמתגנבת מחשבה אולי זהו קשור בענין ביה"ס אשר ע"ש כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע נשיא ישראל, וגם בזה מתאים פתגם רבנו הזקן, לחיות עם פרשת השבוע כדרשת רז"ל עה"פ ויהי רעב בארץ, ועיין פירוש הרמב"ן שם, אלא שבנדון דידן, אין ההעלם וההסתר כמו שהי' אז לא מני' ולא מקצתו, וכמ"ש מאויבי תחכמני וכמ"ש במכתבי לאנ"ש ובטח נתקבל וקרא גם הוא אותו, ויהי רצון שגם דמיון של נסיון יסור בקרוב ממש, וכמדובר בההתועדות יהי' הענין דופרצת בגילוי בכל עניני מוסדות כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר אשר באה"ק ת"ו ובהענינים אודותם כותב ביחוד, ויבשר טוב בטוב הנראה והנגלה הן בענינים הכללים והן בענינים הפרטים.

In response to your letter from the 1st of Cheshvan and the previous one, in which you write about matters that seem unusual to you and suspect they may be connected to the school named after my revered father-in-law the Rebbe zatzukal nbgm zya President of Israel. In this too is fitting the saying of our master the Alter Rebbe: to live with the weekly Torah portion as our Sages expound on the verse 'Vayehi Ra'av Ba'aretz' ("And there was a famine in the land")—see Ramban's commentary there. However, in our case, the concealment and hiding is not at all like it was then—not even a fraction of it—as it is written: 'From my enemies You make me wise,' as I wrote in my letter to Anash (our community), which you surely received and read as well. May it be G‑d's will that even a semblance of a test will soon pass completely. As discussed at the farbrengen, there will be an open fulfillment of "Ufaratzta" ("You shall spread out") in all matters concerning the institutions of my revered father-in-law the Rebbe in Eretz HaKodesh (the Holy Land), especially regarding those matters about which you write. May you report good news—good that is visible and revealed—both in general matters and personal ones.

Summary
The Rebbe teaches that even when events seem unusual or challenging, one should recognize Divine Providence at work and not view them as true concealments. By living with Torah and focusing on positive news, blessings will manifest both generally and personally.
