After the longest interruption, your letter from the 24th of Adar was received, as well as the one following it, with a brief report on the activities in spreading the wellsprings over recent weeks. It is surprising that there was such a long gap between letters, especially regarding good news and joyous occasions. There is nothing better than Torah, and no joy like resolving doubts—are you active in spreading the wellsprings, etc.? Furthermore, when much time passes, details and sometimes even matters themselves are forgotten.

It is understood that my intention is not to give rebuke but rather to address future correspondence. Likewise, you should encourage other Anash who write to also heed what was mentioned above.

May it be G‑d's will that there will be good and joyful news—detailed as well—beginning from these days of Adar, connecting redemption to redemption with Nissan, until the promise is fulfilled: "In Nissan they were redeemed and in Nissan they will be redeemed."

With blessings for good news and with congratulations on the birth of your daughter—may she live for many good years—which I have received notification about. May you raise her and others like her for Torah, marriage, and good deeds.
