מאשר הנני קבלת מכתביו מכ"ט מנ"א וג' אלול, בם כותב מהנעשה בתוככי אנ"ש בעיה"ק ירושלים ת"ו. וכנראה אשר מפני שרושמם לאחר כמה זמן, הרי כמה ענינים, ומהם בטח גם חשובים, לא באו בכתב. ובטח בעתיד יתוקן הנ"ל, והרי אפשר לרשום על אתר ראשי פרקים וסימנים, ולמלאותם בעת הפנאי, וק"ל.
דא"ג לכתבו מכ"ט מנ"א תוכן המדובר כאן בעת ההתועדות, דהגילוי שדעת מתן תורה, הי' רק ענין של תוספת, - מובן שמופרך מעיקרא, שהרי מ"ת הוא כללות סדר כל ההשתלשלות וכו' וכו'. ואין להאריך בדבר הכי פשוט. מה שכן הי' מדובר, שאף שעשרה מהווים פרהסיא הממלאת כל העולם הזה, ז.א. שממלא ברוחב בענין השטח, משא"כ בעומק וגובה, המשכה ממקום נעלה ביותר, בזה שייך כמה דרגות גם למעלה מעלה מעשרה. והרי דבר פשוט שהדרגות הם אין קץ בגובה ועומק. וזה"ע דס' רבוא - חכם הרזים שממשיך מדריגת רז. ועד"ז במתן תורה. וכנראה שכמה ענינים נרשמים - כעין זה, ולפלא איך זה הקורא אין מרגיש כלל בהאמור - שזה מורה על העדר מוחלטי דשימת לב. וד"ל...

I acknowledge receipt of your letters from 29 Menachem Av and 3 Elul, in which you write about what is happening among Anash in the holy city of Jerusalem, may it be rebuilt and established. Apparently, since you recorded them after some time had passed, several matters—some likely important—were not included in writing. Surely this will be corrected in the future; it is possible to jot down main points and notes immediately and fill them out later when there is time. This is clear.
Incidentally, you wrote on 29 Menachem Av the content of what was discussed here during the farbrengen: that the revelation at Matan Torah was only an additional matter—this is fundamentally incorrect from the outset. For Matan Torah encompasses the entire order of Hishtalshelus (the chain-like descent of worlds), etc., etc. There is no need to elaborate on such a simple matter.
What was actually discussed is that although ten constitute a public presence that fills this entire world—that is, it fills broadly in terms of area—when it comes to depth and height, drawing down from a most lofty place, there are many levels even far above ten. It is obvious that these levels are endless in height and depth. This is the idea of sixty myriad—Chacham HaRazim (the Sage who knows secrets) who draws down from the level of Raz (secret). Similarly with Matan Torah.
It seems that several matters are recorded like this; it is surprising how the reader does not sense at all what was said—which indicates a complete lack of attention. This should be understood...

In response to your question—it is correct that you registered for an apartment in the Chabad neighborhood as understood; continue and complete this process. As for the type of apartment—consult with your friends there on site and decide together with your wife for success.
