In response to his letter from the 28th of Tamuz: At an auspicious time, they will mention the person he writes about at the holy resting place of the Rebbe Rayatz, may the memory of the righteous and holy be a blessing for life in the World to Come, in accordance with the content of his letter. May it be G‑d’s will that he will have good news in this matter, as well as in the other matters about which he writes. And in the innermost point — regarding the success of spreading the wellsprings outward, which is also relevant to the current time, during the Three Weeks, when there was a concealment of the inner dimension, which is why exile is called “sleep,” as explained in many places in Chassidus (see also the discourse “On That Night,” summer 5700); therefore, one must greatly increase the revelation of the inner dimension, the inner aspect of our Torah, until it reaches even outward and eradicates the forces of the opposite side, and then the King Moshiach will come.

With blessing for only good news in all the above.
