כנוס צא"ח כפר חב"ד. ברכתי שלוחה להמשתתפים בהכינוס ובאמצעותם - לכל חברי צא"ח באה"ק ובחו"ל, לפעילות חי' מוצלחה ומאירה בחוגים ההולכים ומתרחבים, להפיץ היהדות המסורתית ומעינותי', ובזה - להחדיר בכל אחד ואחת מבני ישראל ההכרה, אשר בצבאות הוי' הוא נמנה, ותפקידו החיוני לצאת ולהוציא (את) סביבתו מעבדות וגלות פנימית - לחירות האמתית וביד רמה וברכוש גדול - בכל דרכיך. ובזה ממהרים ביאת משיח צדקנו וגאולתנו השלימה והאמתית. מועדים לשמחה, מנחם שניאורסאהן המברק בטח נתקבל במועדו, ובודאי יודיעו לכאן כל הנעשה, וגם על זה נאמר כל המרבה הרי זה משובח.

In connection with the Second National Convention of Tzach in Eretz HaKodesh may it be rebuilt and established, which will take place this coming Sunday, our honored Rebbe shlita has sent a telegram, and here is its text:
Convention of Tzeirei Agudas Chabad, Kfar Chabad. My blessing is sent to the participants in the convention and through them—to all members of Tzach in Eretz HaKodesh and abroad—for lively, successful, and illuminating activity among ever-expanding circles, to spread traditional Judaism and its wellsprings. Through this—to instill within every single Jew the awareness that he is counted among the armies of Hashem, and that his vital mission is to go out himself and bring his surroundings out from internal slavery and exile—to true freedom with an uplifted hand and with great wealth—in all your ways. Through this we hasten the coming of our righteous Moshiach and our complete and true redemption.
