... נהניתי במאד בקראי במכתבו ע"ד המחנה קיץ לבנות ישראל תחיינה, וגודל הענין בודאי לדכוותי' אין צריך ביאור, וכבר נדבר כ"פ בהזדמנויות שונות, אשר רואים במוחש שבמחנות קיץ ובכלל בימי החופש מלימודים, יכולים לפעול על הנערים-ות הרבה יותר מאשר בזמן הלימודים, והרי אז אין הבלבול דלימודי חול, נמצאים כל היום ברשות המחנה, ואין ההורים והסביבה והאוירה בבית מתערבים וכו' ויהי רצון שיצליחו בהאמור, ויהי' רושם שהות הנערות במחנה ניכר בהשבועות והחדשים שלאחרי זה בהטבת בריאותן ברוחניות נוסף על הטבה בגשמיות.
במ"ש אודות השם, הנה כיון שכבר פרסמו שם, מה טעם לשינוי בזה.
בטח פרסמו בישיבת ליובאוויטש ובשאר מוסדות חינוך שבסביבתם ע"ד הנ"ל, וגם מצדי אדבר עם אנ"ש בהזדמנות המתאימה.

I was very pleased to read in your letter about the summer camp for Bnos Yisrael (Jewish girls), and the great importance of this matter surely needs no explanation for you. It has already been discussed several times on various occasions that it is clearly seen that in summer camps—and generally during vacation from studies—one can influence the boys and girls much more than during the school year. At that time there is no distraction from secular studies; they are under the camp’s care all day, and parents, home environment, and atmosphere do not interfere, etc.
May it be G‑d’s will that you succeed in all of the above, and that the impression of the girls’ stay at camp will be noticeable in the weeks and months afterward by an improvement in their spiritual health, in addition to improvement in their physical health.
Regarding what you wrote about the name: since it has already been publicized, what reason is there to change it now?
Surely you have publicized this at Yeshivas Lubavitch and other educational institutions in your area as mentioned above; for my part I will also speak with Anash (the community) at a suitable opportunity.
