Brachah v'Shalom!
In reply to your letter, in which you write about the state of your health – the headaches, and also about the swelling on the side of the neck.
It is understood that you should once again ask the opinion of a doctor who is a specialist in the field, and act according to his instructions.
As to what you write about the headaches: it may be said that they come because your cycle is not regular; and when it is regulated by suitable treatments, the pains too will be, at least[2], lighter.
At an auspicious time your aunt, may she live[3], will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe, of sainted memory[4], for whatever she needs, in accordance with the content of your letter, and especially regarding a suitable shidduch.
And the aunt, may she live, should resolve firmly that when she marries she will conduct her home as befits a kosher Jewish woman, in keeping family purity, keeping Shabbos and eating kosher, etc. And G‑d, blessed be He, who sees into the heart[5] that she has resolved firmly and truly, and will also do so, will send her a good shidduch.
And the same applies also regarding her sister, may she live.
With blessings for good news[6] and for a kosher and joyous Pesach,
In the name of the Rebbe shlita
Secretary

Summary
The Rebbe advises the writer to consult a specialist once more about her headaches and the swelling on her neck, suggesting that the headaches may ease once her cycle is regulated by suitable treatment. Her aunt will be mentioned at the Previous Rebbe's resting place for a fitting shidduch; she should resolve firmly to keep family purity, Shabbos and kashrus in her future home, and G‑d, who sees into the heart, will send her a good match. The same applies to her sister.
