I acknowledge receipt of your letter from 1 Teves. At an auspicious time, all those you wrote about will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal (may his merit protect us), each one for what he needs according to your letter's content.

The merit of your involvement in spreading the wellsprings outward will stand by you in all the above. As explained elsewhere, 'outward' begins below Chochmah and Binah [intellect as it stands alone] and continues from level to level until 'outward' in its most literal sense. Fortunate is your lot that your 'outward' refers to Avrechim of the yeshivah. On the other hand, this increases your responsibility, for with proper influence on them, each one can become someone who influences others and a source of inspiration in his surroundings over time.

See Tosefta Eduyos chapter 3 regarding the greatness of students' students; this is clear.

May it be G‑d's will that you engage in all the above with joy and gladness of heart and in a manner of "ufaratzta yamah vakeidmah vatzafonah vanegbah" (you shall spread out westward, eastward, northward, and southward) until reaching an inheritance without boundaries.
