... במ"ש אודות פ' העורך תיקונים של מלקות לכל מאן דבעי כו', מובן האחריות שבזה, ופלא גדול שמי זה בדורנו שיכול לקחת ע"ע אחריות זו, ואפילו בההוספה "לכל מאן דבעי", אעפ"כ נשאר מקום לעיון גדול, ויעוין בשו"ע לרבנו הזקן הלכות נזקי גוף ונפש וביחוד סעיף ד' שם.
דא"ג קבלתי מהנ"ל שני ספריו... וכדאי להוודע אם הו"ל עוד מה ולעוררו ע"ד הנ"ל שישלח לכאן.
וביחד עם זה כדאי למצוא דרך איך להעירו על ההכרח ללמוד פנימיות התורה שבדורנו נתגלתה בתורת החסידות, וכמבואר בכ"מ.

Regarding what you wrote about the individual who arranges corrective measures of lashes for anyone who desires it, etc., the responsibility involved is understood. It is astonishing—who in our generation can take such responsibility upon themselves? Even with the addition "for anyone who desires," there still remains much to consider. See Shulchan Aruch of our Rebbe, Laws of Bodily and Spiritual Damages, especially section 4 there.
Incidentally, I received from the above two of his books... It would be worthwhile to find out if he has published anything else and to encourage him regarding the above—that he should send them here.
Along with this, it is also worthwhile to find a way to awaken him to the necessity of studying the inner dimension of Torah which has been revealed in our generation through Chassidus, as explained in many places.
Blessings for good news and success in holy work, especially in the evening Yeshivah.
