It is surprising that there has been no correspondence or news from you for some time, even though I strongly hope that, in accordance with the directive of 'Ma'alin baKodesh' (one must always ascend in holiness), you are increasing your activities in strengthening Judaism, Torah and its mitzvos, and most importantly, spreading the wellsprings outward. (As explained in many places that 'outward' begins with one's own 'outside,' meaning outside the innermost point of one's own second soul within a Jew—which is wisdom—and extends to the literal outside: influencing others who are truly outside.)

Since we have been commanded regarding this, it is certain that the possibility and ability to fulfill it have been given; all that is required is the will. Especially as we are now in the two-hundredth year since the passing—the yahrzeit—of the Baal Shem Tov, a year of special merit for spreading his wellsprings, which is precisely the teaching of Chassidus.

With blessings for a kosher and joyous Pesach and for good news.
