Shalom u'Vrachah!

In these auspicious days that have come upon us and all Israel for good, when several joyous occasions have joined together—the days of redemption of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe (of blessed memory), which is also our redemption and the liberation of our souls; fifteen years since the founding of Kfar Chabad—may it be G‑d's will that it expand and spread in every sense; and at its central and inner point—to be a center from which the wellsprings will spread forth, the wellsprings of the teachings of Chassidus throughout our holy land; the laying of a cornerstone for a new synagogue and also a center for Jewish youth—may Hashem grant that, as is known that joy breaks through all barriers, all these joys will join together to break through all boundaries and limitations that hinder the spread of goodness and holiness—and there is no good but Torah and its mitzvos; our Torah is a Torah of life and its mitzvos about which it is said "and you shall live by them"—until even in daily life there will be revealed the unity of Israel, Torah, and G‑d, with abundance both materially and spiritually. And from this mentioned redemption—to the redemption of all our brothers among the Children of Israel with the true and complete redemption through Moshiach Tzidkeinu, fulfilling the promise "u'faratzta yamah vakeidmah v'tzafonah v'negba" (and you shall spread out to the west, east, north, and south).

Summary

The Rebbe teaches that when multiple sources of joy converge—such as personal redemption, community milestones, and new institutions—they should inspire us to break through limitations in spreading Torah and Chassidus. This collective joy paves the way for unity among Jews and hastens ultimate redemption.
