בקשתי את אנ"ש אשר יבואו בקישור עם כ' בהנוגע להאמור והפרטים בזה, ויהי רצון אשר בסגנון חז"ל, מני' ומנייהו יתקלס שם עילאה, וידוע גודל החשיבות אשר חסידות חב"ד מעריכה את עניני הנגונים, וכמובא ג"כ מכ"מ בהמבוא לספר הנגונים אשר ישנו אצל כ'.
כיון שז"ע באנו מחג הפסח זמן חירותנו, וכ' מזכיר במכ' בתור נגונים הראשים גם נגון ופרצת, מצורף בזה העתק מכתבי כללי למועד האמור. ויהי רצון שגם בחג זה תקוים הכוונה להמשיך משמחתו ומעניניו בהשבועות וחדשים הבאים אחריו.

Thank you very much for this gift, and surely in the future you will also send here from your publications in this field, since the library here serves the public good.
Regarding what you wrote about working on Chabad niggunim in a way that preserves their inner and central integrity: I have asked Anash to connect with you regarding this matter and its details. May it be G‑d's will that, as our Sages say, "from them and through them may the Supreme Name be praised," and it is well known how highly Chassidus Chabad values matters of niggunim, as is also cited in several places in the introduction to Sefer HaNiggunim which you possess.
Since this topic comes right after Pesach—the season of our freedom—and you mention in your letter that among the main niggunim is also "Ufaratzta," I am attaching here a copy of my general letter for that festival. May it be G‑d's will that also on this holiday the intention will be fulfilled to draw from its joy and themes into the coming weeks and months.
