In reply to your letters of the 3rd and 5th of MarCheshvan.

Your brother-in-law, Reb Efraim [Wolf], shlita, knows about some of the matters. The newspaper clippings were received, with the review of Sefer HaSichos in them, and the description of the convention of Nshei UBnos Chabad in the Holy Land, may it be built and established; many thanks.

As for the request to compile a bibliographical list of the seforim and kuntreisim of Chabad: surely you have the Kuntres Toras HaChassidus, as well as Toldos Maharash, and the index of the maamarim of the Rebbe [Rashab], whose soul is in Eden; and enclosed here is the latest catalogue. From all of them together a list should be compiled suited to the particulars of the request, which you will discuss there, on the spot.

And let this be known: if it is well arranged, there is reason to append it to the "Beis Rebbi" [the biography of the Alter Rebbe you are preparing for print], and even to the first part; although that part speaks only of the Alter Rebbe, it would come as an appendix at the end.

As for printing something about Yud-Tes Kislev, it is understood that this is right.
