...Beis Rabi of the Alter Rebbe has already been typeset but not yet paginated, and also before I have edited it due to lack of available time; therefore, there is room for additions (even in the middle), but not for refining the language that has already been typeset and similar matters. Translating talks into Lashon HaKodesh is very proper, with the intention to publish them in print either in the format of Likkutei Dibburim or Sefer HaSichos. If publication expenses cannot be covered otherwise, they should be paid by Kehot. It is also proper to arrange part of tzt"z etc. If it is possible to obtain it, certainly they will send here a recording of the broadcast on Purim in Kfar Chabad and to do so in such cases in the future as well (the expenses for this are also on Kehot). To Mr. A. S., he should be given any Kehot book he requests and explained that we exchange books similarly with several authors who send books to the library here—especially in this case where there is also public benefit etc. Certainly when you speak about Friedberg's book—sending them here—you will include other books as well, not only two books.
