ז"ע נתקבל מכתבן מא' חשון עם המוסגר בו דו"ח מהכנוס הארצי[1], ולפלא קצת שמקצרים כל כך בכתיבה ובאה היא גם באיחור, ומובן שאין העיקר בכתיבה לכאן אלא שלא יקצרו בפעולות.
נעם לי לקרות בהדו"ח ע"ד סידור הכנוס הארצי שהי' כדבעי, הן בכמות והן באיכות, וע"פ הוראת חכמינו ז"ל, לא המדרש עיקר אלא המעשה, בודאי סמוך לזמן התעוררות התחילו ג"כ בפעולות שינצלו את ההתעוררות ככל האפשרי, ואפשר הי' כדאי להדפיס חוברת קטנה דו"ח מכנוס זה, בו יכניסו תמצית ההרצאות איזה תמונות וכיו"ב, מובן שצריך הדבר להעשות בטוב טעם כיון שעיקר הכוונה להמשיך יותר חבירות להארגון ולעַנֵין החבירות הקיימות עוד יותר, וכדאי שתתייעצו ביניהן אודות זה, ואם תחליטנה לחיוב, הנה אמציא הוצאות הדפסה מקרן מיוחד אשר ברשותי.
בקשר לנקודות העבודה אודותן כותבות, רצוני להדגיש בזה נקודה התלוי' בזמן, והיא: התקשרות וההשפעה על האמהות דתלמידים-ות דבתי ספר הרשת אשר נוגע ביותר בהתחלת זמן הלימודים כמובן, ובטח יודיעוני מפעולותיהן בכל הנקודות וגם זו בכללן.
בברכת הצלחה בעבודתן בקדש, מתוך בריאות והרחבת הדעת.

I received your letter from the first of Cheshvan with the enclosed report about the national gathering, and it is somewhat surprising that you wrote so briefly and that it also arrived late. Of course, writing here is not the main thing; rather, one should not be brief in actions.
I was pleased to read in the report about the organization of the national gathering which was as it should be, both in quantity and quality. And according to our sages' instruction: Lo HaMidrash Ikar Ela HaMaaseh ("Not study but action is essential"), surely close to the time of inspiration you also began activities to utilize this inspiration as much as possible. Perhaps it would be worthwhile to print a small booklet—a report from this gathering—which would include summaries of lectures, some pictures, and similar items. Of course, this should be done tastefully since the main intention is to attract more members to the organization and further engage existing members. It would be good for you all to consult among yourselves about this; if you decide positively, I will provide printing expenses from a special fund at my disposal.
Regarding the work points you wrote about, I wish to emphasize one point that depends on timing: connecting with and influencing mothers of students in schools of the network—which is especially relevant at the start of the school year—and certainly you will inform me of your activities regarding all these points including this one.
