I acknowledge receipt of your letters from the 2nd and 10th of Tammuz.

Some time ago I wrote to several of Anash who are involved—or more accurately, should have been involved—in disseminating the books, that it would be worthwhile in general for articles of appreciation on Chabad literature to be published. This too is one of the ways to spread the wellsprings outward, and in this matter it is also beneficial for distributing the books...

Regarding what you wrote about a booklet that would include four sections about the imprisonment: three of them have already been printed in Casablanca—Morocco—and at that time many copies were sent to Eretz HaKodesh. They are still searching for more segments about the imprisonment; if they are found, all four sections will be published together with those segments if they are suitable. The overall decision and details about this matter are still pending for now.

It is surely unnecessary to point out that anything published about Chabad should not appear only in one party's newspaper but also in other newspapers so it reaches broader and more diverse circles. The same applies to the articles of appreciation mentioned above.
