Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your letter which you began writing on Motzaei Shabbat Bereishit, I also acknowledge receipt of your letter from Chol HaMoed Sukkot. Thank you very much for what you wrote regarding matters of the village, although even now it is not with the necessary detail. As I have written before, whoever specifies in such matters is praiseworthy, and may it be G‑d's will that at least from now on you will do so, and thank you in advance.
Regarding what you wrote about various opinions concerning your involvement: I have already written my opinion to you on this—that everyone has a primary matter, and other matters have their place only if they do not interfere with the main one. Since dissemination of sefarim is your responsibility and this requires increased strength and courage—because there has been much lacking in dissemination until now—it is understood that anything that interferes with this should not be pursued.
As per your request, I will mention all those about whom you write at the holy resting place of my father-in-law, the Rebbe zatzal—so that they receive what they need as you wrote.
Certainly you continue corresponding with those whom you met during your reserve duty service, for none of us knows how far-reaching this is; perhaps this is one of the main purposes for which you were sent there—to awaken and inspire the Jewish spark within every Jew...
Certainly you will inform me in more detail about the farbrengen of Shabbat Parshat Noach. Most importantly: whether there was any actual change as a result, and in which areas.
Regarding what you wrote that your daughter does not want to eat—it would be worthwhile to consult a doctor, specifically a pediatrician, about remedies given for appetite. It is possible that something is missing in the foods or drinks being given to her, which may be causing her lack of appetite.
May Hashem grant you success to raise her to Torah, marriage, and good deeds—and she should be a chassidic daughter.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches that focusing on one's primary mission—in this case disseminating sefarim—is essential. He emphasizes detailed reporting and caring for both spiritual responsibilities and family needs with diligence and faith.
