ובמ"ש אודות עריכת רשימה מלאה, בכלל נכון הדבר, ובטח האפשריות בידו להשיג החוברת "שערי חב"ד" למר הברמן, ששם נרשמו ספרי חב"ד (אבל לא אלו שבנגלה), אלא שבחוברת זו נכללו גם ספרים המדברים אודות תורת חב"ד, משא"כ ברשימתו הוא שצריך להגבילה רק לספרי הנשיאים וכיו"ב.
במ"ש אודות הבטאון בהשוואה להקובץ, הנה מובן שאין מטרת שניהם שוה, ובמילא אין מההכרח שיהי' דומים בצורתם החיצונית ועאכו"כ בתוכנם, אבל במ"ש שיהי' חותם קה"ת על הבטאון, מתאים הדבר ובתנאי שיהיו בטוחים שההגהה תהי' כדבעי...
אחכה למכתבו מפורט ככל האפשרי בהנוגע להתועדות וחגיגת י"ט כסלו במקומות השונים באה"ק ת"ו, וביחוד בישיבת תו"ת ובכפר חב"ד, וכן בטח קלטו הנאומים והנגונים, וישלחו גם זה לכאן וכדאשתקד, אלא שלא במאוחר כ"כ, ובודאי למותר לעוררו שאודות הידוע לו יכתוב עצמו, וע"ד השאר הנה יזרז את כל אלו היודעים שיכתבו בפרטיות ובהקדם, ומובן שטוב יותר ידיעה כפולה מאשר לא כל ידיעה.

In response to your letters from the 29th of Cheshvan, the 1st, 7th, and 12th of Kislev, you have surely received by now the letter with corrections for your list.
Regarding what you wrote about preparing a complete list: in general this is correct, and surely you are able to obtain the "Shaarei Chabad" booklet from Mr. Berman, where Chabad books are listed (though not those on Nigleh). However, that booklet also includes books about Chabad teachings, whereas your list should be limited only to the books of the Nesi'im and similar works.
Concerning what you wrote about comparing the journal to the collection: it is understood that their purposes are not identical; therefore it is not necessary for them to be similar in external form or especially in content. However, regarding your suggestion that Kehot's seal appear on the journal—this is appropriate provided that you are certain the editing will be as it should be...
I await your letter with as much detail as possible regarding the farbrengens and celebrations of Yud Tes Kislev in various places in Eretz Yisrael—especially at Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim and in Kfar Chabad. Certainly the speeches and niggunim were recorded; please send these here as was done last year—only not so late this time. Surely it is unnecessary to remind you to write yourself about what you know directly; as for other matters, urge all those who know details to write specifically and promptly. Clearly it is better to have duplicate information than to lack any information at all.
In this context, the book Be'er HaChassidus Beit Karlin etc. has been received.
