Shalom u'Vrachah!
In response to your letter from the 15th of Menachem Av, in which you write about your daughter, may she live.
According to your letter it seems you are consulting with expert doctors, and surely you are following their instructions, for a person must do what is required of him according to the natural way.
At an auspicious time they will be mentioned at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, of blessed memory, for what they need.
Since your occupation is in educating the children of Israel, there is hope that you instill in your students awe of G‑d and love of G‑d which leads to fulfilling positive commandments and refraining from prohibitions—and may you increase in this further.
The great merit mentioned will stand by you for what you need and for the fulfillment of your heart's desires for good.
Especially as is known from the saying of the Baal Shem Tov that G‑d's love for every Jew is incomparably greater than the love elderly parents have for their only child born to them in their old age.
It is proper that his tefillin be checked as well as the mezuzot in their home so that all are kosher according to halachah. His wife should maintain the good custom of Jewish women to give charity before lighting candles every Friday afternoon and before Yom Tov.
With honor and blessing for good news in all mentioned above.
In the name of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe shlita—secretary
P.S. Regarding your writing about meeting face-to-face: there is absolutely no necessity for this since the answer is already written above. The Torah cares about the money of Israel—the expenses involved in travel—and in such cases also about effort and time etc.
Summary
The Rebbe teaches to combine practical medical advice with spiritual diligence—checking tefillin and mezuzot, giving charity before candle lighting—and emphasizes that G‑d’s love surpasses all. Instilling awe and love of G‑d in others brings great merit and blessing.
