ויהי רצון שימלא השי"ת משאלות לבבם בתוככי לבב כל ישראל לטובה בטוב הנראה והנגלה, אשר ישתמשו בהנ"ל לבשר ולקבל בשורות טובות בגשמיות וברוחניות גם יחד הן בענינים הכללים והן בענינים הפרטים אשר זה לזה מסייע ומוסיף,
וכיון שנמצאים אנו בימי חדש אדר ומאדר לאדר ומסמך גאולה לגאולה אדר לניסן, הנה מעקבתא דמשיחא יזכו כאו"א מאתנו בתכ"י לאתחלתא דגאולה וממנה ובעגלא דידן ותומ"י לתכלית הגאולה האמיתית והשלימה על ידי משיח צדקנו אשר אז יקוים ופרצת ימה וקדמה צפונה ונגבה ועד לנחלה בלי מצרים.

I was pleased to receive your letter from Purim Katan regarding the opening of the post office, etc. May it be G‑d's will that Hashem fulfill your heart's desires along with those of all Israel for good, in a revealed and apparent good. May you use this post office to share and receive good news both materially and spiritually, in general matters as well as personal ones, each supporting and enhancing the other.
Since we are now in the days of the month of Adar, and from Adar to Adar we connect redemption to redemption—Adar to Nissan—may it be that from these footsteps of Mashiach each one of us will merit immediately to the beginning of redemption, and from there—and speedily in our days—to the ultimate true and complete redemption through Mashiach Tzidkeinu. Then will be fulfilled "u'faratzta yamah vakeidmah tzafonah vanegbah" ("you shall spread out westward, eastward, northward, and southward") until an inheritance without boundaries.
