בנועם קראתי על דבר התענינותו האישית בהתפתחות כפר חב"ד, ועזרתו החשובה להתפתחות הדואר במקום. ובמיוחד נהניתי לראות מסגנון מכתבו שהתענינותו באה לא רק מצד חובתו הרשמית, אלא גם מתוך זיקה חיובית ואהדה לאנשי הכפר, השפקת עולמם ופעולותיהם, שזה מחזק תקותי שגם להבא יוסיף לתת נפשו בזה, ותבוא עליו ברכה.
