בטח כבר נתקבל מכתבי מאז, ובמענה על מכתבם מי"א טבת, בו כותבים ע"ד ארגון ועדים וכו', אכפול עוד הפעם אשר
יהי רצון שחפץ ה' בידם יצליח להעמיד כפר חב"ד, מיסודו ובהנהלתו של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר על יסודו ותלו, ואשרי חלקו של כל אחד ואחד המשתתף בענינים הצבורים של כפר חב"ד,
שהרי זהו התקשרות והתאחדות עם נשיאנו כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר,
אשר מה בחיים חיותו בעלמא דין עומד ומשמש אף עתה עומד ומשמש ומעורר ר"ר על כל הלוקחים חלק בפעולותיו ועניניו,
להוסיף להם תוספת ברכה והצלחה בבריאות הגוף ובבריאות הנשמה ובכל המצטרך להם, שנכלל בשלשה הקוים דבני חיי ומזוני, ובכולם - דוקא רוויחי.
ויהי רצון שאף שלפעמים היתה איזה שגיאה הנה אמרו חז"ל אין אדם עומד עליהם אא"כ וכו', ולא נתנה תורה למלאכי השרת,
ומכאן ולהבא ילך כל אחד ואחד מהם לבטח דרכו, דרך המלך מלכו של עולם הקב"ה וצדיקים דומים לבוראם, מאן מלכי רבנן, ובאתרא דרב - הוא כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר.
ומתוך שמחה וטוב לבב ובריאות הנכונה של כל אחד ואחד וב"ב שיחיו, יוסיפו חיילים לביסוס כפר חב"ד והתפתחותו בכל הענינים הכללים ובכל הענינים הפרטים הן בגשמיות והן ברחניות.

Va'ad Kfar Chabad, may Hashem be upon them and grant them life.
Shalom u'Vrachah!
Surely my previous letter has already been received, and in response to your letter from the 11th of Teves, in which you write about organizing committees, etc., I will repeat again my wish that it be G‑d's will that your efforts succeed in establishing Kfar Chabad on its foundation and under the leadership of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, according to its original basis and purpose. Fortunate is the portion of each individual who participates in the communal matters of Kfar Chabad, for this is a connection and unity with our Nasi, my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe. Just as during his lifetime in this world he stood and served, so too now he stands and serves and arouses abundant mercy for all those who take part in his activities and matters—to add increased blessing and success in physical health, spiritual health, and all their needs encompassed by the three lines: children, life, and sustenance—and in all of them specifically with abundance.
May it be G‑d's will that even if sometimes there was an error—as our Sages say: "A person does not fully understand... unless...," and the Torah was not given to ministering angels—from now on each one will confidently walk his path: the path of the King, King of the world—the Holy One Blessed Be He—and tzaddikim are similar to their Creator; who are kings? The sages! And in a place of a Rav—it is my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe.
With joy and gladness of heart and proper health for each one and their families—may they add strength to establishing Kfar Chabad and its development in all general matters as well as all specific matters—both materially and spiritually.
With blessings for good news in all mentioned above.
