After the longest pause, I received the protocols from the meetings of 27 Iyar, 16 Sivan, 1 and 10 Tammuz. Surely you received a letter of confirmation and response regarding the previous protocols and will answer the questions that were not addressed in those mentioned above and in detail. Thank you in advance.

Since you succeeded in delaying the additional train to Kfar Chabad, it was necessary to inquire about opening a branch of the post office on condition that it would be closed on Shabbat and holidays. My intention includes even telegrams and without any permits. If it is impossible to guarantee this, it is not worthwhile to pursue this matter at present.

I have already raised this point several times, but apparently it is still not enough: regarding all construction in Kfar Chabad, utmost urgency is required. Needless to say, the negligence until now is utterly unacceptable—even if there are various reasons for it. What good are excuses and explanations if ultimately action is lacking? I am raising this again in connection with the news that the Agency has approved paving an internal road—and all the more so regarding building the synagogue and separately the mikvah and even private buildings...

Although I do not know the details of expenses related to the farbrengen, apparently the sum of 30 lira for the farbrengen of Yud-Beis Tammuz is very small—especially since such gatherings, if properly organized, bring their own reward immediately even in material matters—and certainly later on and especially regarding spiritual matters. Nevertheless, I am also participating with this amount; if all necessary funds for this celebration have already been found, I will contribute this sum for future farbrengens—provided there is a matching lira from the village committee.

Finally—although this matter is among the first—that soon Chabad Avrechim emissaries will arrive to stay in Eretz HaKodesh through Merkaz Tzeirei for a period; during this time—about two weeks—in Kfar Chabad where "there Hashem commanded blessing: life forever," surely the committee will do everything possible. It would be best by appointing special people for this purpose so their stay in Kfar Chabad will suit its goal: that they can study there peacefully by arranging proper hospitality (ashl), participate in farbrengens to review chassidus etc. I would appreciate being informed with necessary details—the names of those appointed to arrange this matter who have already begun their work.
