With pleasure I received your letter from the 21st of Kislev, in which you write main points of your activities in Paris and during the journey.
It is surprising that you do not mention how you are settling in Milan, except for a few words about the trip. Surely you will fill this in on another occasion.
May Hashem help that it should be with great success in all details; to utilize to the fullest extent the blessing and success given from Above, and to do so with joy and gladness of heart, and in a manner as taught by the days of Chanukah—that we are instructed to increase in candles and light from day to day. I await good news regarding all mentioned above.
