Many thanks for your letter sharing good news in true goodness, as our Sages say: "Good to Heaven and good to creations," regarding the start of pouring the foundation pillars of the mikveh. May it be G‑d's will that this proceed at a good and successful time and with the necessary alacrity fitting the greatness and value of this matter. Surely you will fulfill your promise at the end of your letter to inform me of every detail in the building process. May it be G‑d's will that this will fulfill, as written: "Quickly His word will run," so too may this matter progress and advance, in addition to extra care in beautifying the mikveh itself—which is most important. And may we soon merit the fulfillment of the prophecy: "And I will sprinkle upon you pure water and you shall be purified," through Mikveh Yisrael Hashem (the L‑rd is Israel's mikveh) with the true and complete redemption through Moshiach Tzidkeinu.
