I acknowledge receipt of your letter from the 19th of Tevet—which arrived after a considerable delay. Surely in the meantime you received my reply to your previous letters.

It is understood and obvious that it is good that you are proceeding in ways of peace and pleasantness, and also taking care not to give the impression that you are "going over the head" of anyone. Especially since it is very likely that this conduct will influence those who are apprehensive about you—to become helpers and participants in your holy work.

It is clear that these matters apply both to the men as well as to the women activists in your community, and this is self-evident.

Surely you are making preparations for the upcoming hilulah (anniversary of passing), and I am enclosing here a copy of an excerpt from my letter to the annual celebration of the local Tzivot Tzivos Torah yeshivah. Certainly you can utilize its content in your sacred work; it is understood that my intent regarding this excerpt is only about its content—but unrelated matters like appeals should not be mixed in, obviously.
