במענה על מכתבו בו שואל ע"פ המובא בפרק א' דספר תניא קדישא, שנפשות אומות עו"ג הן מג"ק הטמאות לגמרי - הרי נצטוו הם בשבע מצות וכו'.
הנה מבואר בדא"ח אשר נפשות חסידי או"ה [ה]ם מטוב שבקליפת נוגה, ראה לקוטי באורים* לרה"ג הרה"ח והרה"צ כו' הר"ה מפאריטש מז עמוד ד', וברמב"ם הלכות מלכים סוף פרק ח' שהמקבל שבע מצות ה"ז מחסידי אוה"ע.
בענין גרים - ראה שבת קמו, רע"א דמזלייהו הוו בהר סיני. וראה ג"כ מדבר קדמות (להחיד"א) מע' גרים.
מה שכותב אודות עניני שידוכין שיש לו אח גדול הימנו, יש לבקש את אחיו שימחול במחילה גמורה ואז יכול גם הוא להתעסק בהצעת נכבדות.
בטח שומר שלשת השיעורים השוים לכל נפש מתקנת כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע בחומש תהלים ותניא הידועים ומוסיף מזמן לזמן גם בלימודו בתורת החסידות.

In response to your letter in which you ask regarding what is stated in chapter 1 of the holy book Tanya, that the souls of the nations are from the completely impure kelipot—yet they were commanded in the seven mitzvos etc.
It is explained in Chassidus that the souls of righteous among the nations are from the good within Kelipas Nogah; see Likkutei Beurim by Harav Hagaon Harav Hatzadik etc. Harav Hamefaritsh mez page 4, and in Rambam Hilchos Melachim at the end of chapter 8 that one who accepts the seven mitzvos is among the righteous of the nations.
Regarding converts—see Shabbos 146a that their mazal was at Sinai. Also see Midbar Kedemos (by the Chida) entry "Gerim."
As for what you write about shidduchim matters—that you have an older brother—it is proper to ask your brother to fully forgive his precedence; then you may also pursue marriage proposals.
Certainly you keep the three daily study portions established by my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe—Chumash, Tehillim, and Tanya—and add from time to time in your study of Chassidus.
