לאוסטראליא אודות שיחתנו על דבר ההכרח הכי גדול לא לבד בהרחבת ישיבת אהלי יוסף יצחק ליובאוויטש במעלבורן אלא גם ביסוד ופתיחת וגם הרחבת בית ספר לנערות בית רבקה בשיטת חינוך חב"ד, ומובן אשר אנ"ש צריכים להוסיף מרץ בעבודתם כיון שחלק מזה יודרש למוסד חדש זה, וכפי שהכרתי בהאורחים מאוסטראליא הנ"ל, דעתם שהשתתפותו והשתדלותו בבית רבקה תביא תועלת גדולה ליסוד והתפתחות הענינים, ואף שתקותי שגם מעצמו יעשה זה, הרי אמרו רז"ל אין מזרזין אלא למזורזין ולא באתי אלא להעדפה בכמות ובאיכות ובכל עניני אנ"ש וגם הנ"ל בכלל, והטרחה בגופו ויגיעתו מועילה הרבה יותר מאשר הטרחה בממונו, וכיון שכבר עברו הנסיון דיסוד והתרחבות אהלי יוסף יצחק יצא הענין מגדר דהתחלה אשר כל התחלות קשות, ובודאי יהי' בנקל הרבה יותר מאשר בעבר, ויהי רצון שגם בזה יבשר טובות.

It has been a while since I have received any news from you, and I am sure that all is well. It is known from our Sages that one who gives a gift to his friend must inform him—at least by letting him know through someone else. I was pleased to see the feeling of Ahavas Yisrael when Havavac"h iy"a nu"n oseik b'tzt"z mo"h David Feiglin delivered a note requesting a blessing on your behalf for expanded livelihood. I mentioned you on Erev Chodesh HaRachamim at the holy resting place of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe, of blessed memory, leader of Israel. May it be G‑d's will that this blessing be fulfilled practically and speedily, and may you share good news about this.
Surely the guests from the Feiglin family will inform all our community members upon their return to Australia about our conversation regarding the utmost necessity not only to expand Oholei Yosef Yitzchak Lubavitch Yeshivah in Melbourne but also to establish and expand Beis Rivka girls' school according to Chabad educational principles. It is understood that our community must increase their energy in their work since part of it will be required for this new institution. As I have come to know from the aforementioned guests from Australia, their opinion is that your participation and efforts in Beis Rivka will bring great benefit to its foundation and development. Although I hope you would do this on your own initiative, as our Sages say: "We only urge those who are already diligent," so my intention is only to add both quantitatively and qualitatively in all matters concerning our community—including this matter as well. Physical effort and personal toil are much more effective than financial contributions alone. Since you have already experienced the founding and expansion of Oholei Yosef Yitzchak, this matter has moved beyond its initial stage—about which it is said "all beginnings are difficult." Surely it will now be much easier than before, and may you also share good news about this.
