בנועם ובשמחה האב איך באקומען די ידיעה פון דער גרינדונג פון אייער גרופע און אויך פון'ם צוטריט צו דער ארבעט ארגאניזירען א מעמבערשיפ. און דער עיקר צו אנהויבען טאן בפועל, סיי צו ערקלערין די לעבענס-וויכטיקייט פון אפהיטען טהרת המשפחה און אויך בנוגע דער מקוה אז זי זאל זיין ווי געהעריג אין אלע הינזיכטען. און עס איז באוואוסט דער ווארט פון מיין שווער כ"ק אדמו"ר אין נאמען פון זיינע הייליקע עלטערען - זצוקללה"ה נבג"מ זי"ע, אז עס איז א זיכערע זאך אז ערנסטע פראפאגאנדע בריינגט צו פעולות, און אז אפילו איין פעולה איז בעסער פון טויזענטער קרעכצין.
איך האף צו הערען פון אייך גוטע בשורות, אז דער קרייז פון די באטייליגטע אין דער גרופע ווערט אלץ מער גרעסער און ברייטער, און אז בכלל גייט די ארבעט מיט הצלחה.
און בפרט ווען מיר גייען אריין איצטער אין דעם חדש כסלו, אין וועלכען עס איז דער יום טוב פון חנוכה. וואס ווי עס ווערט דערציילט פון רבותינו ז"ל איז איינע פון די גזירות דענסטמאל געווען, אז אידען זאלען ניט האבען קיין מקואות. און השם יתברך האט באוויזען דעם נס, אז אלע אידישע פרויען האבען יע געהאט גוטע מקואות און האבען אויפגעשטעלט א דור ישרים יבורך, זאל דאס זיין אזוי ווי בימים ההם בזמן הזה, אז אייער ארבעט זאל זיין מיט הצלחה מופלגה בכל הפרטים.

With pleasantness and joy I received the news of the founding of your group and also about your initiative to organize a membership. Most importantly, you have begun to take practical action, both to explain the vital importance of maintaining Taharas HaMishpacha and also regarding the mikveh — that it should be proper in every respect.
It is well known what my father-in-law, the Rebbe, said in the name of his holy ancestors — zatzal nbgm zya — that it is a certainty that serious outreach brings results, and that even one action is better than thousands of sighs.
I hope to hear good news from you — that the circle of participants in your group is growing ever larger and broader, and that overall your work is proceeding successfully.
This is especially so as we now enter the month of Kislev, which contains the festival of Chanukah. As our Rebbeim have recounted, one of the decrees at that time was that Jews should not have mikvaos. And Hashem showed a miracle: all Jewish women did indeed have proper mikvaos and established a blessed generation. May it be so now as it was then — may your work be crowned with outstanding success in every detail.
