I hope that you heard while in the sukkah about the organization of Nshei U'Bnos Chabad—that is, all women who have a connection or bond with Chabad—that from time to time they should gather together and jointly study the laws relevant to running a Jewish home, matters that can help improve the education of children. Also, to learn from the weekly Torah portion, the talks of my father-in-law the Rebbe zatzal (may his merit protect us), and similar topics.
If where you live there is a Jewish section, it would be appropriate for you to take an interest in the possibility of organizing such a group. I am confident that with an appropriate approach to this matter, you will find ways to accomplish this.
It is well known what my father-in-law the Rebbe said in the name of his father the Rebbe: "It is certain that efforts in spreading Yiddishkeit do not return empty-handed."
