... בכלל צריך הי' לעשות רשימה בתוככי אנ"ש, לדעת מי הם הראוים לקבל משרת רבנות באה"ק ת"ו, ואם מועט מספרם ביותר - הרי צריך למלאות החסרון בהקדם.
ובודאי ישנם מאברכים או גם מהבחורים הקשישים כאלו הראוים לאותה איצטלא, או שיכולים לקבל סמיכות ושימוש (פראקטיקא) במשך זמן לא ארוך. ובזמננו זה הרי צריך להבטיח (באווארענען) כל ענין וענין בעוד מועד.
ה) זכור לי שזה מזמן היתה הצעה לעזור בהכנסת כלה לאיזה אנשים, ובטח יודיעוני גם עד"ז מהנעשה בפועל.

In general, a list should have been made among Anash to know who is fit to receive a rabbinic position in Eretz HaKodesh. If their number is very small, then the deficiency must be filled as soon as possible. Certainly, there are among the Avrechim or even among the older bachurim those who are suitable for such a role or who can receive semichah and practical training within a short time. In our times, every matter must be secured in advance.
It is also recalled that some time ago there was a proposal to help with hachnasas kallah for certain people, and surely I will be informed about what has actually been done regarding this.
