... In response to your question about whether to write to Tzeirei Agudas Chabad in Eretz HaKodesh about their activities in London: this is appropriate. In general, any matter that brings Chassidim closer together—especially strengthening the bonds between one another and among the Jewish people as a whole—is very good and proper. Especially since this also strengthens and inspires those in other places, who will know that each person must act in his own location regarding matters of Judaism in general and Chassidus in particular. Specifically, in the place where Divine Providence has brought him, for this itself is proof that he can accomplish there and is therefore obligated to do so for his own merit.
