והכרח הדבר בודאי אינו צריך ביאור ובפרט ע"פ הנראה בחוש שהנשים הצעירות היוצאות ידי חובתן דכסוי הראש בצעיף ובמטפחת, הנה זה ענין לזמן קצר, נוסף שאפילו בזמן הזה עצמו פורצים הדבר לעתים תכופות והמפורסמות אין צריכים ראי'.
וכיון שראו בענין... תחי' נפלאות השי"ת גם בעיני בשר, בודאי יזמינו ג"כ הכלים להמשיך הברכה והצלחה ע"י הנ"ל, וכמובא בזוהר הק' ח"ג דף קכ"ו ע"א והובא ג"כ באחרונים. והשי"ת יצליחם וחזקה לתעמולה שאינה חוזרת ריקם.

Regarding the conditions connected to... surely he and his wife will use their influence so that she will establish her home on the foundations of Torah and mitzvah as they are illuminated by the light within Torah—that is, the teachings of Chassidus.

My strong hope is that regarding this matter, not only will there be no objection, but on the contrary, there will be support and satisfaction... The necessity of this certainly needs no explanation, especially since it is clearly seen that young women who fulfill head covering with a scarf or kerchief do so only for a short time; moreover, even during that period there are frequent breaches in practice—and what is well-known needs no proof.
And since you have seen in this matter... may she experience wonders from Hashem even visibly; surely, then, all vessels will also be provided to draw down blessing and success through the above, as cited in Zohar III p.126a and also brought by later authorities. May Hashem grant you success, and steadfast advocacy never returns empty-handed.
