עס איז אויך פארשטענדליך אז צייטענווייז מישט זיך אריין דער יצר הרע און צומישט די מחשבות פון דעם מענשן, אבער וואס איז דא נתפעל צו ווערען און וואס איז דא צו גלויבען דעם מלך זקן וכסיל, און השם יתברך זאל אייך העלפען אז איר זאלט מקיים זיין דעם אנזאג עבדו את ה' בשמחה, און ווען מען טוט דאס אויף א אמת, זעהט [מען] אפילו מיט די פליישיגע אויגען אז עס איז דא פון וואס צו זיין צופרידען און פרייליך.
און השי"ת זאל אייך מצליח זיין אז געזונטערהייט און פרייליכערהייט זאלט איר קענען טאן אין ענינים פון תורה ומצות מתוך הרחבת הדעת.

I am surprised at your thoughts regarding your health, when the Creator, blessed be He, says: 'S'u Marom Eineichem u'Re'u Mi Bara Eleh' ("Lift up your eyes on high and see Who created these"), that when one looks at what is happening around oneself with open eyes, one sees that Hashem Yisbarach runs the entire world. Therefore, every person with understanding must come to the conclusion that since Hashem Yisbarach is the true and only Master of the entire world, and He is the essence of good, everything will certainly be directed for the good. And when one has such a good Master of the house, there is no need to worry at all because there is no doubt that He—blessed be He—knows what is good and what is even better.
It is also understandable that from time to time the yetzer hara gets involved and confuses a person's thoughts. But what is there to be affected by or to believe this 'old and foolish king'? May Hashem Yisbarach help you fulfill the instruction: 'Ivdu es Hashem b'Simchah' ("Serve Hashem with joy"), and when one does this sincerely, one can even see with physical eyes that there is reason to be satisfied and happy.
And may Hashem Yisbarach grant you success so that in health and happiness you will be able to engage in matters of Torah and mitzvos with an expansive mind.
