נהניתי לקבל בשורה טובה מהרה"ח הוו"ח אי"א נו"נ עוסק בצ"צ כו' מוה"ר בן ציון שי' שם טוב שד"ר אשר לקחו על עצמם הנהלת וכלכלת הת"ת בעיר לונדון שנתייסדו ע"י הנ"ל, ובודאי כבר נגשו לפעולות ממשיות ולא יסתפקו בהחזקת הת"ת כמו שהם עתה אלא ישתדלו בהגדלתם והתפתחותם בכמות ובמילא גם באיכות, וחפץ ד' בידם יצליח להיות צנורות לקרב לבם של בני ובנות ישראל לאבינו שבשמים על ידי חינוך ברוח ישראל סבא.
וגדולה זכות מצוה זו להמשיך לכל אחד ואחד מהם לו ולב"ב שיחיו המצטרך להם בגשמיות וברוחניות וע"פ ביאור רבינו הזקן בעל השו"ע והתניא במה שנאמר צדקה תרומם גוי, הנה התנדבות לבם הטהור בצדקה בהנ"ל תרומם עניניהם בכל הענינים המרומזים בתיבת גוי וכמבואר בתורה אור בתחלתו.
בברכת הצלחה בעבודתם בקדש המחכה לבשו"ט.

Shalom u'Vrachah!
I was pleased to receive good news from the esteemed chassid, vavac"h iy"a nu"n etc. Moreinu HaRav Ben Tzion Shem Tov, shadar, who has taken upon himself the management and support of the Talmud Torah in London that was established by those mentioned above. Surely, they have already begun practical activities and will not be satisfied with maintaining the Talmud Torah as it is now but will strive to expand and develop it in quantity and consequently also in quality. May the will of Hashem succeed in their hands so that they become channels to draw the hearts of Jewish boys and girls closer to our Father in Heaven through education in the spirit of Yisrael Saba.
The merit of this mitzvah is great; it brings down for each one of them and their families all that they need both materially and spiritually. As explained by our master, the Alter Rebbe, author of Shulchan Aruch and Tanya, on the verse "Tzedakah Teromem Goy" (charity uplifts a nation), their pure-hearted generosity in this tzedakah will uplift their affairs in all matters hinted at by the word "goy," as explained at the beginning of Torah Or.
With blessings for success in their holy work, awaiting good news.
