It gave me pleasure to receive greetings from you through Haraha"g vavaha"ch vavac"h iy"a nu"n oseik b'tzt"z ba'al meretz v'rav pe'alim etc. Moreinu HaRav Aryeh Leib Kremer. He also told me about your important assistance as chairman of the yeshiva committee. If such a greeting is always satisfying, it is certainly so when received at such an auspicious time as the special days of Yud-Beis–Yud-Gimmel Tammuz, the Festival of Liberation of my revered father-in-law, the Rebbe. The Yeshiva Tomchei Temimim Lubavitch of Montreal is indeed one of his most important institutions.
Your work and help for this institution—work and help which you will surely strive to increase, as all good and lively things must grow and flourish—will support you and all yours and bring you G‑dly blessings in all that you need. May the Alm-ghty grant that you receive these blessings with good health and ample livelihood, with joy and gladness of heart.
Your tzedakah has been transferred to the special fund for Yud-Beis Tammuz, which has particular significance this year as it marks forty years since the liberation.
