It has been a long time since I have received reports of your good activities which you surely did in connection with the day of the hilulah Yud Shevat, the days of Purim, and preparations for the upcoming Pesach holiday. Perhaps the letter was delayed in transit and will yet arrive. Of course, every detail is praiseworthy.

As we approach the upcoming festival days for us and all Israel for good, I hereby express my blessing for a kosher and joyous Pesach, and for the fulfillment of the hoped-for promise: 'Kimei Tzeischa Me'Eretz Mitzrayim Arenu Niflaos' (As in the days when you left Egypt I will show you wonders), with our true and complete redemption in their days and in ours through Moshiach Tzidkeinu.
