לאחרי הפסק הכי ארוך נתקבל מכתבו ממוצש"ק מקץ והקודמו כו כותב ר"פ מפעולתו בקדש בקהלת גיברלטר.
ויהי רצון שיוסיף בזה כהנה וכהנה, שהרי נצטוינו מעלין בקדש, וככל ציווי השי"ת בורא עולם ומנהיגו הרי מראש נתנים הכחות והאפשריות למלאות הציווי, ובפרט בענינים הצבורים שזכות הרבים מסייעתו. ויהי רצון שיעשה בזה במרץ ומתוך שמחה וטוב לבב שגם זה מוסיף בהצלחת העבודה ויבשר טוב בכל האמור.
תקותי חזקה אף שאינו מזכיר עד"ז שקובע עתים בלימוד פנימיות התורה שבדורנו נתגלתה בתורת החסידות, אשר אם מכאו"א בתקופתנו זו נדרש זה עאכו"כ מכאלו שיש להם השפעה על נפש הישראלים בקהלתו, שכל הוספה בהם בעצמם ניכרת באנשי הקהלה הם וכל ב"ב שי' וק"ל.
בכבוד ובברכת מזל טוב להולדת הבן מרדכי שי', שמודיע אודותו במכתבו, ושהוא וזוגתו יגדלוהו עם בניהם שי' לתורה ולחופה ולמעשים טובים.

After the longest break, your letter from Motzaei Shabbat Ketz was received, as well as the previous one etc. You write briefly about your holy activities in the Gibraltar community. May it be G‑d's will that you increase in this even more and more, for we have been commanded to always ascend in matters of holiness. And as with every commandment of the Creator and Ruler of the world, from the outset the powers and possibilities are given to fulfill the commandment—especially in communal matters where the merit of the many assists him. May it be G‑d's will that you do so with vigor and with joy and gladness of heart, as this too increases success in the work. May you share good news about all that was mentioned.
I have strong hope—even though you do not mention it—that you set fixed times for learning the inner dimension of Torah which in our generation has been revealed through Chassidus. If this is required from everyone in our time, how much more so from those who have influence over Jewish souls in their community; any increase they make is felt among the members of their community—them and all their families—and so on.
With honor and with a blessing of Mazal Tov for the birth of your son Mordechai—as you inform me in your letter—and may he and his wife raise him together with their children to Torah, marriage, and good deeds.

... Regarding what you wrote about efforts to establish a high school—but then they would learn in mixed classes, unlike now: If studying at government schools does not force students to desecrate Shabbat G‑d forbid, then "sit and do nothing" is preferable for now.
