מוסגר פה ממה שנדפס לאחרונה נוסף על מה שנשלח בדואר בפ"ע, ובטח יאשר קבלתם ויוכל לנצל זה לעבודתו האמורה.
ע"פ השמועה כאן אודות העזובה בעניני יהדות בשפאניא ופארטוגאל, אולי היתה אפשרית שיבקר שם מזמן לזמן, והרי קרוב לומר שעל אתר ימצא אחדים שיוכלו להמשיך מה שיתחיל הוא בביקור קצר, ובפרט בידעם שלאחרי זמן מסוים יבקרם עוד הפעם, ובנוגע להוצאות הדרך, הרי בטח לא רבות הן, ובכל אופן אמציאם מחציתן כשיודיע המגיע.
ועוד להוסיף שכמדומה היתה קיימת במדריד קבוצה של סטודנטין שומרי תורה ומצות ותקותי שישנן פעילים גם עתה, ויקל האמור על התעוררות האמורה לעיל שלדעתי נכונה ונחוצה היא ביותר.

It is clear that I am in full agreement with his decision not to leave, G‑d forbid, his place and position at this time. Apparently he is the only one actively succeeding in spreading traditional Judaism there; that is, it is a mitzvah that cannot be fulfilled by others (at least in the near future). Since the measure of the Holy One is measure for measure—except many times over—certainly there will be no lack, G‑d forbid, in matters of fear of Heaven about which he writes; on the contrary, there will even be an increase. And since fulfilling this role requires proper health, this itself becomes a channel and vessel for increased blessing from Hashem in all necessities.
Enclosed here is something recently published in addition to what was sent by mail separately. Surely he will confirm receipt and be able to use it for his aforementioned work.
According to reports here about the neglect of Judaism in Spain and Portugal, perhaps it would be possible for him to visit there from time to time. It is likely that he would immediately find some who could continue what he begins during a short visit—especially if they know that after some time he will visit again. Regarding travel expenses—they are surely not great; in any case I will provide half when he notifies me of the amount.
Additionally: It seems there was once a group of Torah-observant students in Madrid; I hope there are still active ones now. This should make it easier to arouse the above-mentioned activity which I believe is very correct and necessary.
Thank you for good news about all the above. With blessings of Mazal Tov on the birth of his son Yechiel Binyamin about whom he writes—may it be His will that he and his wife raise him together with all their children for Torah, marriage, and good deeds.
